What is the typical turnaround time for new design requests?

At HAUS DESIGN our mission is to provide high-quality designs quickly and efficiently. Clients can typically expect to review their designs within 2-3 business days. However, please note that turnaround times may vary based on the specifics of your project. For more complex requests or those that involve multiple pieces, the delivery time may extend to 5+ business days. While we prioritize timely delivery, we also place great importance on providing meticulous attention to detail for every project. Our aim is to ensure that your design needs are exceeded.

What if I need my project sooner than 2-3 days?

In a big rush?No problem...if you require your designs sooner, we offer a “Rush-Turnaround” option. This service ensures that your request will typically be completed within 24 hours (or 1 business day), with an immediate charge applied of $450 to get started. You can add this on to any “Rush-Turnaround” project needed at any time.

What if my design needs change or we need to take. a break between design requests?

Flexibility is fundamental to our service. If your backlog is empty or you have just one design request pending, you can choose to pause your subscription until additional design needs come up. This approach allows you to make the most of our service on your own terms. We're here and ready to help with your design projects whenever you need us again. Unused hours each month will automatically rollover into next month. If you find you’re using hours up too quickly or have leftover hours each month we advise you upgrade or downgrade to the next retainer package.

What is the process for submitting a new design request?

Each client gets a unique project management dashboard. This easy to use platform allows you to login and quickly add new design requests to your backlog of projects. You can add project details, timeline, delete or edit exisitng projects, add assets etc. This system guarantees a seamless and effective method for managing and prioritizing your design needs with us. Once a project is finished we automatically move over to the next one in line.

Do you offer any other printing besides screen-printing?

Absolutely! We are broker partered with many print shops thoughout the US. We can send any project to print and provide separate printing quotes upon request. Just reach out and let us know what you need printed with all of the project details and we will take it rom there. We can even get it shipped directly to your warehouse or doorstep.
