What is the typical turnaround time for new design requests?

At HAUS DESIGN, our mission is to provide high-quality designs quickly and efficiently. Clients can typically expect to review their designs within 2-3 business days. However, please note that turnaround times may vary based on the specifics of your project. For more complex requests or those that involve multiple pieces, the delivery time may extend to 5+ business days. While we prioritize timely delivery, we also place great importance on providing meticulous attention to detail with every project. Our aim is to ensure that your design needs are not only met, but exceeded.

What if I need my project sooner than 2-3 days?

In a big rush? No problem! If you need your designs sooner, we offer a Rush-Turnaround option. This service ensures that your request will typically be completed within 24 hours (or 1 business day), with an immediate charge of $450 to get started. You can add this option to any project requiring Rush-Turnaround at any time.

What if my design needs change or we need to take. a break between design requests?

Flexibility is fundamental to our service. If your backlog is empty or you have just one design request pending, you can choose to pause your subscription until additional design needs arise. This approach allows you to make the most of our service on your own terms. We’re always here and ready to assist with your design projects whenever you need us again. Unused hours each month will automatically roll over into the next month. If you find that you’re using up hours too quickly or consistently have leftover hours, we recommend upgrading or downgrading to the next retainer package.

What is the process for submitting a new design request?

Each client receives a unique project management dashboard. This easy-to-use platform allows you to log in and quickly add new design requests to your project backlog. You can add project details, set timelines, delete or edit existing projects, upload assets, and more. This system ensures a seamless and efficient way to manage and prioritize your design needs with us. Once a project is completed, we automatically move on to the next one in line.

Do you offer any other printing besides screen-printing?

Absolutely! We are a broker partnered with many print shops throughout the U.S. We can send any project to print and provide separate printing quotes upon request. Just reach out with the project details, and we’ll take it from there. We can even have it shipped directly to your warehouse or doorstep.
